Job summary

Extend Your Team is seeking a detail-oriented customer support specialist based in the Philippines to assist in loan origination tasks and interact with customers across channels. You will coordinate with third-party vendors, respond to queries via Zendesk and other tools, and document feedback to improve processes.

The role requires 2+ years in US loan/mortgage handling, strong English communication, and the ability to work US Pacific hours. A fully remote setup with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with Third-Party vendors.
• Extensive experience in front-facing customer service.
• Experience with closing for loan origination.
• Experience with document handling, title knowledge.
• Familiarity with loan documents, deeds, or similar documents.
• At least 2 years of experience under a US Loan or Mortgage account handling tasks.
• Experienced in customer-facing roles in a loan or mortgage account.
• Fluency and clarity in English.
• Experience using ZenDesk, task management tools, Google Drive, and Email.
• Detail-oriented in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Third-Party vendors while interacting with customers, assisting in scheduling.
• Respond to customer queries via ZenDesk, Amazon Connect or other tools.
• Document and log issues as well as customer compliments and complaints.
• Help customers navigate the application flow when required.
• Track customer experiences across channels using logs, dashboards and CRM systems.
