Job summary

D2B is seeking a dedicated Loan Application Specialist for a fully remote role in the Philippines. You will submit loan applications, monitor them through to approval, and support Brokers and the Scenarios Team, coordinating with Clients, Lenders, Valuers and other stakeholders to deliver efficient service.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 2–3+ years in loan processing, strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and fluent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or tertiary education in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3+ years as a Loan Application Specialist or similar.
• Experience with mortgage processing or loan applications is a plus.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail required.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Submit loan applications and monitor through approval.
• Coordinate with Brokers, Lenders, Valuers and other stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness of loan packages.
• Manage multiple loan files with strong organizational skills.
• Enter information in CRM systems (ApplyOnline, Mercury, BrokerEngine).
• Prepare NCCP documents and attach to CRM records.
• Order valuations and review application documentation for compliance.
