Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the US mortgage industry, preferably in loan coordination, mortgage processing, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with mortgage loan file setup and order-outs is required.
• Experience ordering and tracking title, insurance, employment verification, payoff, appraisal, inspection, and other mortgage-related documents.
• Familiarity with the mortgage loan processing lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple loan files and competing priorities.
• Strong follow-through and ability to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with Encompass or other mortgage loan origination systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Loan File Setup & Management: Set up and maintain mortgage loan files accurately and efficiently.
• Order-Outs & Third-Party Services: Order and track required third-party services and documentation.
• Junior Processing Support: Pull USPS information and flood certificates; complete processing information for order-out screens.
• Administrative Support: Manage inbox and calendar, monitor requests and deadlines, provide general admin support.
