Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Mortgage Support Specialist to provide end-to-end administrative and client support to brokers, ensuring smooth processing of loan applications from submission to settlement.

You will prepare and manage mortgage documents, liaise with clients, lenders and brokers, follow up on loan status, and maintain CRM records while adhering to AU mortgage regulations. This is a WFH role for candidates with 2–3 years in the Australian mortgage industry.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in the Australian mortgage industry
• Strong understanding of AU mortgage processes from application to settlement
• Experience working with brokers or lending institutions
• Familiarity with CRM systems and mortgage platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
