Job summary

Pavago is hiring an Email Marketing Specialist to build, launch, and optimize high-performing email campaigns that engage leads and drive measurable results. This hands-on role covers copywriting, audience segmentation, marketing automation, lifecycle workflows, and deliverability.

You will own the full email lifecycle from planning to reporting, with a focus on data-driven improvements, A/B testing, and strong collaboration with creative and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional email marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major ESP: HubSpot, Klaviyo, Marketo, Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign.
• Strong understanding of email marketing automation, audience segmentation, lead nurturing, lifecycle campaigns and list management.
• Experience building automated email workflows and analyzing campaign performance.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template customization.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Reporting, Data segmentation).
• Strong copywriting and written English skills; high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage email campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Develop targeted campaigns for different audience segments and lifecycle stages.
• Create and optimize responsive email templates while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Configure and monitor marketing automation journeys with testing and optimization.
• Manage deliverability and compliance including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and related standards.
• Track and report on campaign performance with ESP analytics and looker/Sheets.
