Pavago is seeking a Marketing Manager to own and scale the marketing function for a growing B2B IT and wireless services company. This remote, full-time role partners with the CEO to drive lead generation, demand generation, content strategy, and overall marketing performance.

You will manage strategy end-to-end, oversee budgets, and hire specialized contractors as needed. A strong emphasis on analytics and AI-driven optimization will shape campaigns and operations.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience.
• Experience leading or owning a marketing function.
• Experience hiring and managing external contractors.
• Strong analytics and ability to translate data into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive marketing strategy and roadmap across channels.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports for leadership and monitor performance.
• Own content marketing: LinkedIn presence, weekly posts, newsletters, blogs.
• Plan and execute webinars every 6–8 weeks and manage promotion and follow-up.
• Manage Pardot, nurture sequences, and quarterly cadences with sales.
• Oversee website updates in Webflow and optimize Google profiles and reviews.
• Hire and manage external specialists (designers, developers, SEO, copywriters).
• Develop scalable marketing systems and integrate AI to improve ROI.
