My Amazon Guy is seeking a data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to grow revenue via email and SMS for multiple brands. This remote role focuses on lifecycle campaigns, performance optimization, and customer retention across Klaviyo and Postscript.

You will build automated flows, test strategies, and personalize messages using customer insights. Ideal candidates are organized, capable of managing several brands simultaneously and delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• 1+ year hands-on experience with email/SMS platforms (Klaviyo & Postscript preferred).
• Proven ability to build and optimize lifecycle flows and campaigns that drive retention and revenue.
• Strong knowledge of segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization strategies.
• Copywriting and visual direction skills for high-performing email/SMS creatives.
• Familiarity with popup and list-building tools (Justuno, OptiMonk, Privy).
• Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage email and SMS marketing performance and strategy across Klaviyo and Postscript for 3-4 brands.
• Define communication cadence, tone, segmentation, and performance targets for each brand's owned channels.
• Build, test, and optimize automated flows, triggers, and customer segments for lifecycle and retention marketing.
• Use data and customer insights to personalize messaging and drive higher conversions throughout the customer journey.
• Plan and execute 6-12+ monthly campaigns per client, including offer strategy, content coordination, QA, and scheduling.
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, and offers to continually improve open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
• Create and manage lead capture strategies (popups, forms, lead magnets) to grow and improve subscriber quality.
• Analyze campaign and flow performance; deliver reports with actionable insights and next steps.
• Optimize funnel performance across engagement, revenue per recipient, and inbox deliverability.
• Collaborate with Brand Managers, Creative, and Tech teams to ensure campaigns align with overall brand strategy.
• Maintain organized campaign calendars and ensure timely, accurate execution.
