HireHawk Inc. is seeking an Email / Lifecycle Marketing Specialist for a fully remote, long-term contractor role.

You will own hands-on execution across email, SMS, segmentation, retention, deliverability, and reporting, building Klaviyo campaigns, automations, and lifecycle flows while connecting Klaviyo with Recharge. You will influence churn reduction, repeat purchases, upgrades, and customer lifetime value by executing campaigns end-to-end and testing strategically.

Formación

• 3–6+ years in lifecycle, retention, CRM, or email marketing.
• Hands-on Klaviyo experience building campaigns, automations, flows, segments, and reporting.
• Experience in DTC or ecommerce lifecycle marketing.
• Ability to design and maintain lifecycle flow architecture, not just manage others.
• Experience with customer segmentation, SMS marketing, deliverability and list health.
• Proven retention program execution (churn saves, winbacks, upgrades).
• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot, follow instructions and own tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Own Klaviyo flow architecture across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and winback.
• Build, test, schedule, and launch email campaigns with a calendar.
• Develop customer segments for personalized messaging and lifecycle performance.
• Build and run SMS campaigns and automations as part of the strategy.
• Own retention initiatives including churn-reduction and upgrade campaigns.
• Manage and troubleshoot Klaviyo-Recharge integration for accurate data flows.
• Monitor deliverability, list health, sender performance, and engagement signals.
• Analyze lifecycle performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Design tests across messaging, offers, segmentation, timing, and journeys.
• Troubleshoot issues using platform docs, support, and AI tools before escalation.
