Job summary

Pavago is seeking a remote Campaign Manager to plan, build, and execute high-volume outbound email campaigns for business owners. You will own day-to-day platform operations, including Smartlead and Inboxlogy, with a strong focus on deliverability and audience segmentation.

You will craft effective copy, run A/B tests, and monitor campaign performance, reporting insights to stakeholders. This role is fully remote and globally accessible.

Qualifications

• Experience running high-volume outbound email campaigns in a B2B context (50,000+ emails per month).
• Direct experience with Smartlead and Inboxlogy; configure, troubleshoot, and optimize without a tutorial.
• Solid understanding of email deliverability fundamentals: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warm-up, sending limits, and reputation management.
• Experience prospecting or marketing to business owners; you understand the inbox competition and what cuts through.
• Strong written English; clear, concise copy that earns replies.
• Comfortable working independently, managing your own schedule, and flagging blockers proactively without waiting to be asked.

Responsibilities

• Run high-volume outbound email campaigns for a B2B client base (50,000+ emails/month).
• Configure and optimize Smartlead and Inboxlogy without tutorials; troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Monitor deliverability: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain health, sending limits; take corrective action.
• Segment audiences by industry, title, or funnel stage to keep messaging relevant.
• Draft and test email copy; run A/B tests and measure open, click, and reply data.
• Produce campaign performance reports and communicate insights and recommended changes.
