Job summary

Lago is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to design, execute, and optimize email programs that drive engagement, retention, and revenue. The role covers the full lifecycle from planning and audience segmentation to copywriting, deployment, testing, and performance analysis.

The ideal candidate combines data-driven thinking with platform expertise across Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign, and strong deliverability knowledge. Remote work and ongoing opportunities are available.

Qualifications

2–4 years hands-on email marketing experience.
Experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot or ActiveCampaign.
Experience building and managing automated email flows.
Strong English proficiency (B2-C1).

Responsibilities

Plan and manage email campaigns from strategy through QA, deployment and reporting.
Build and optimize automated lifecycle flows (Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase).
Develop audience segments and personalize messaging with dynamic content.
Write compelling email copy and collaborate on mobile-responsive templates.
Monitor deliverability and list hygiene; follow CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
Conduct A/B testing and translate results into optimizations.
Track metrics: Open rate, CTR, revenue per email, unsubscribes; report insights.
Ensure alignment with broader marketing goals and compliance.
