Job summary

SYSGEN RPO seeks a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and scale a growing lifecycle program. You’ll own B2B campaign briefs and build simple email and SMS journeys, working with the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to QA before launch.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in email marketing or CRM, familiarity with ESP/marketing automation (SFMC, Mailgun, HubSpot) and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in email marketing, marketing operations, CRM, or related field.
• Familiarity with an ESP or marketing automation platform; ability to learn quickly.
• Bonus: healthcare or high-compliance context experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with B2B stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into briefs.
• Build simple, single-path email and SMS journeys from briefs in marketing platforms.
• Coordinate QA with QA partner before launch, ensuring links, segments, and personalization are correct.
• Support Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager with day-to-day journey builds and list pulls.
• Maintain organized documentation and status tracking of briefs and journeys.
• Monitor send performance on live journeys and flag anomalies for follow-up.
