LogiScale Inc. is seeking an experienced Email Marketing & Digital Communications Specialist to lead email initiatives and support broader digital marketing and communications efforts. The role focuses on campaign creation, automation, segmentation, deliverability, and performance optimization with SEO, social media, PR, and marketing communications as strong advantages.

This is a primarily remote role with occasional onsite attendance for meetings, events, and marketing activities.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, CRM Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
• Demonstrated experience managing email campaigns, automations, audience segmentation, and lead nurturing programs.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing strategy, deliverability, A/B testing, campaign optimization, and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, EmailOctopus, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Brevo, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize and act as the marketing expert for the brand, aligning voice and audience needs.
• Brainstorm growth strategies, analyze market trends, and inform data-driven campaigns.
• Identify new content opportunities and optimize user funnels via research and testing.
• Develop and maintain segmented lead databases for outbound campaigns and manage outreach sequences.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support outreach operations and maintain campaign records.
• Create content to drive leads and apply SEO best practices to generate website traffic.
• Track website performance and contribute to CSR-related campaigns and events.
