Job summary

Pharmavise Corporation is seeking a highly driven Business Development Representative for a fully remote role. The position focuses on outbound outreach, appointment setting, and client engagement within life sciences consulting.

You will handle high-volume outreach, initial screenings, and progress leads through the pipeline while working primarily via phone-based interactions. The role requires 2–3 years in sales, strong communication skills, and experience with Zoho or similar CRMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience; consulting or life sciences preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to draft emails and outreach messaging.
• Proven client-facing communication (calls, outreach, coordination).
• Experience using CRM systems (Zoho preferred) with data entry and pipeline tracking.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Outbound outreach to BD leads using multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, calls).
• Schedule discovery calls with prospective clients and maintain follow-ups.
• CRM execution and real-time updates in Zoho CRM (leads, opportunities, activity).
• Pipeline support and coordination from BD leads to qualified opportunities.
• Assist pre-sales coordination and prepare briefing documents for discovery calls.
• Ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads to BDMs.
