Pharmavise Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth in the life sciences consulting sector. The role is fully remote and reports to the CEO, with responsibility for securing new consulting engagements and managing client relationships.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through proposal development, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.
• 5-8 years of B2B sales or business development experience in life sciences or staffing.
• Strong proposal writing and client relationship management experience.
• Proven success closing complex, consultative deals and meeting revenue targets.

Mansioni

• Own and execute business development strategy to generate, qualify, and close new engagements.
• Develop relationships with senior decision-makers and expand existing accounts.
• Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and SOW coordination.
• Manage pre-sales docs and contract negotiations with internal SMEs.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and provide sales metrics to leadership.
• Mentor and lead the Business Development team.
