Job summary

Remote Raven is seeking a Licensing & Compliance Coordinator to manage licensing for the company and its brands. This remote role is deadline-driven and reports to the VP of Compliance, coordinating COIs, renewals, and new licenses across state and local levels.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of contractor licensing and permitting processes.
• Knowledge of Certificate of Insurance (COI) processes and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong computer proficiency across web portals, PDFs and spreadsheets.
• Superb attention to detail; high accuracy is essential.
• Ability to follow directions and complete detailed forms accurately.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
• Organised, detailed and self-motivated.
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve.

• Adapt to new information and apply learnings.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensing support to the company and subsidiaries, ensuring licences are obtained and kept in good standing.
• Complete licensing applications and renewals for the corporate entity and brands on time.
• Track due dates, renewal requirements, and ensure filings are completed before expiry.
• Monitor insurance certificates, bonds, CE requirements, and entity good standing.
• Prepare and file new licences at state and local levels; maintain consistent packets.
• Maintain accurate licensing records and provide admin support to the VP of Compliance.
