Job summary

Remote Raven is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage pricing, quotes, vendor communications, and order placement for furniture and interior projects. You will track shipments, maintain project documentation, and keep projects on time and within budget.

You will collaborate daily with Sales, Project Managers, Designers, and manufacturers, ensuring accurate lead times, pricing, and order acknowledgements while maintaining strong client satisfaction and smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or related fields.
• Familiarity with order-entry workflows or procurement processes is a plus.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and manufacturers is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pricing and quoting with manufacturers and vendors.
• Create POs and track orders through shipment and invoicing.
• Provide proactive status updates to Sales, PMs, Designers, and clients.
• Resolve issues and manage punch-lists with timely communication.
• Support invoicing accuracy and align orders with agreements.
