VirtueStaff is seeking an ambitious Legal Intake & Sales Specialist for a law firm client. You will handle inbound calls, conduct intake interviews, and steer leads toward hiring the firm. A mix of customer service, reception, and sales skills is essential to build rapport and convert inquiries into retained clients.

Based in the Metro Manila area or remote from the Philippines, the role emphasizes English communication, meticulous documentation, and CRM data entry to support legal teams.

Qualifications

• Prior experience conducting client intake within a legal practice environment is required.
• Strong sales background with consultative selling and closing agreements.
• Experience in receptionist/front desk or high-volume call handling with customer service focus.
• Direct working experience within the legal industry is strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English with a professional, empathetic phone demeanor.
• High attention to detail when documenting client case facts and CRM records.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound client calls promptly and professionally with excellent phone etiquette.
• Conduct structured intake interviews to screen potential clients and collect case details.
• Articulate legal services using sales techniques and handle objections to secure consults.
• Schedule consults or send retainer agreements to prospective clients after intake.
• Follow up with leads to maximize client conversion.
• Log all call data, case notes, consult schedules, and lead statuses in CRM.
