Qualifications

• Experience with CRM/case-management (DocketWise, Clio, MyCase)
• Excellent documentation and note-taking
• Ability to handle high inbound call volume
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfort discussing professional fees
• Recognize when attorney involvement is needed
• Ability to follow scripts and SOPs
• Work independently during EST hours
• Reliable remote-work setup
• Strong phone communication and client-facing skills
• Empathetic listening and cultural sensitivity

• Available for daily morning team meetings

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to new inquiries via calls, forms, email, text, referrals.
• Schedule consultations with attorneys and manage reminders.
• Maintain CRM and docket records with accurate notes.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to prevent loss of interest.
• Prepare intake summaries for attorney review.
• Handoff to Case Manager with complete information.
• Document every interaction and manage referral sources.
• U.S. Eastern Time availability.
