You will manage high-volume calls, take precise messages, screen clients, and serve as the first point of contact for attorneys and staff, delivering professional client service in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound phone calls across multiple lines and route calls appropriately
• Take detailed notes and messages while ensuring accurate communication with attorneys and staff
• Professionally communicate with prospective and existing clients regarding their legal matters
• Conduct initial client screening and gather relevant information
• Serve as the primary point of contact for callers and provide exceptional client service
• Make outbound call
