Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales with client-facing leadership.
• Experience with Australian businesses is highly preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, networking and consultative sales skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication with professional presence.
• Comfortable representing the business externally as a leadership proxy.
• Experience creating marketing content using Canva or similar tools.
• Bold, proactive, and able to initiate conversations by phone.
• Warm, trustworthy, and able to build relationships with families, clients and referral partners.
• Enjoy talking with people by phone and video as a primary way of working.
• AI-savvy with Claude or similar tools for outreach, summaries, and reporting.
• Able to develop growth strategy and execute hands-on growth activities.
• Knowledge of the Australian NDIS and aged care sectors; willingness to learn if needed.
• Commercially aware with a results-driven mindset.
• Values-driven, honest, and capable of maintaining brand integrity.
• Organised to build a referral database and establish reporting rhythms.

Responsibilities

• Follow up warm enquiries quickly with professional, consistent communication.
• Identify and nurture high-value referral partners such as support coordinators and plan managers.
• Advance leads from enquiry to assessment and service planning in collaboration with Client Manager.
• Build and maintain a referral partner database with contact histories and outcomes.
• Coordinate with Marketing to ensure referral packs, ads, and campaigns land effectively.
• Propose practical growth ideas with cost estimates, timelines, benefits and risks, with clear recommendations.
• Provide clear reporting on sales activity, leads, referrals, conversions, and campaign results.
