Responsibilities

• Turn raw founder recordings, ideas and educational material into strong short-form organic content.
• Apply creative judgement across hooks, editing, pacing, captions and overall presentation.
• Maintain content calendar and keep production moving.
• Publish content across relevant platforms.
• Use AI and digital tools to improve quality and efficiency.
• Develop a repeatable content production workflow.
• Review basic content performance and apply learnings.
