Responsibilities

• Coordinate rollout of corporate learning programs, manage participant lists, and handle logistics.
• Prepare learning materials, tools, and program documentation; assist facilitators.
• Develop and translate program concepts into engaging learning content.
• Support LMS management, upload materials, and track participation and completion.
• Assist in evaluating program effectiveness and reporting.
