Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing, facilitating, and developing training programmes across in-person, virtual, and e-learning formats.

Responsibilities

• Conduct dynamic and engaging training workshops, both virtual and in-person.
• Create and execute long-term strategies for employee development and organisational growth.
• Conduct training needs analyses in collaboration with regional partners.
• Coach senior leaders to refine leadership skills and drive organisational change.
• Maintain LMS content and ensure compliance training across regions.
• Use data analytics to assess learning initiatives and report progress to stakeholders.
