Learning and Development Lead (Assistant Manager) – Muntinlupa, NCR, Philippines

Salary: ₱ 50,000.00 - 60,000.00 (Philippine Peso)

Overview

The position will have primary responsibility towards Learning and Development processes and activities, collaboration towards seamless implementation and execution, across locations. This position will work closely with the Head of L&OD and collaborate with HR and Business teams to plan and deliver Learning interventions to facilitate future growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the L&OD / HR teams in preparing Org, BU, and team level interventions, deliver on plan, and follow through to ensure effectiveness of programs.
• Build industry connections, implement best-practices, engage with educational institutions to leverage academic expertise which helps enhance learner experience and learning effectiveness.
• Engage, evaluate and liaise with vendors, manage vendor contracts, within the scope of the budget.
• Responsible for audit and compliance of the training process. Other projects & responsibilities as identified and created based on organizational needs.
