Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator based in the Philippines for a fully remote, independent contractor engagement. You will drive inbound and outbound marketing efforts, manage emails, webinars, and social media, and coordinate with the client to generate leads and nurture opportunities.

The role requires strong communication, organisation, and collaboration with the marketing team, with flexibile time management to suit AU business hours while working remotely

Qualifications

• Basic to strong understanding of digital marketing and content creation.
• Ability to coordinate campaigns and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Comfort with social media scheduling and content planning.
• Interest or experience in lead generation and marketing outreach.

Responsibilities

• Plan fortnightly promotional emails targeting prospective domestic students and support course campaigns.
• Coordinate webinars: setup, communications, slides, and hosting as needed.
• Coordinate SMS campaigns via HubSpot to promote courses and events.
• Support marketing of training solutions and outreach to corporate leads.
• Assist with HubSpot admin, CRM workflows and data management.
• Create marketing materials including brochures and EDMs.
• Help maintain social media presence across platforms.
• Assist in website content for courses and events and education agents.
• Develop content that highlights student success stories and initiatives.
