Royal York Property Management, inc. is seeking a Lead Generation Representative to produce qualified opportunities for its rental‑guarantee program. You will contact property owners via a high‑volume dialer, qualify interest, handle objections, and arrange live transfers to a Royal York sales rep.

This role requires independent, fast‑paced communication and US Eastern Time availability. Remote, full‑time position with a compensation target of CAD 40k–50k annually plus performance incentives.

Competenze

• Three+ years in lead generation, outbound calling, appointment setting, telesales or live transfers.
• Experience with automatic or predictive dialers and high-volume calling.
• Strong objection handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Willing to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time hours.
