Job summary

Royal York Property Management, inc. is hiring Outbound Sales Representatives to engage rental-property owners about its rental-guarantee program. You will contact owner leads via an automatic dialer, qualify opportunities, and secure live transfers for further sales conversations.

Full-time remote role with U.S. Eastern Time hours. Target earnings reflect CAD 40k–50k annually, with success measured by transfers, call quality, and target attainment.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of outbound sales, telesales, appointment setting, lead generation, call-centre sales, or live transfers.
• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience working toward call, transfer, appointment, conversion, or sales targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Ability to stay calm with skeptical or difficult prospects.
• Accurate CRM, call-note, and disposition habits.
• Open to coaching and performance feedback.
• Available full-time during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Introduce Royal York and the purpose of the call clearly.
• Ask brief questions about the owner and their rental property.
• Identify whether the owner meets the campaign basic requirements.
• Respond to objections related to cost, interest, timing, trust, or existing services.
• Explain the potential value of rental-income protection.
• Ask qualified property owners to speak with a sales representative.
• Complete warm and live transfers.
• Record accurate call notes, outcomes, and dispositions.
• Follow campaign scripts, qualification rules, and opt-out procedures.
• Meet hourly and daily performance expectations.
