Royal York Property Management is hiring an Outbound Sales Consultant to contact residential property owners about its rental-guarantee program. This remote role follows U.S. Eastern Time business hours and targets live transfers to a Royal York sales representative. Compensation is CAD 40,000–50,000 annually.

You will cold-call qualified owner leads, handle objections, and strive to qualify opportunities for immediate handoffs while recording outcomes and dispositions for performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in outbound sales or related roles.
• Experience with automatic or predictive dialers.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication.
• Experience meeting sales targets and KPIs.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Introduce Royal York and explain the purpose of the call.
• Ask questions about owners and their rental properties.
• Confirm property counts and occupancy status.
• Explain the C$100 monthly program cost and value.
• Respond to objections about price, need, timing, or tenant history.
• Record call notes and dispositions accurately.
• Complete warm and live transfers to a Royal York sales rep.
• Follow scripts and opt-out procedures exactly.
• Meet hourly and daily calling and transfer targets.
