Royal York Property Management, inc. is hiring a Lead Generation Representative to engage residential property owners about its rental-guarantee program. You will reach out via a high-volume dialer, qualify prospects, and initiate live transfers to our sales team.

This full-time remote role requires strong English, proven experience in outbound calls, and the ability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours. The program costs CAD 100 per month, and you focus on creating interest and setting qualified

Formación

• Three or more years of experience in lead generation, outbound calling, appointment setting, telesales, call-centre sales, or live transfers.
• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience working toward lead, call, transfer, appointment, conversion, or sales targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• The ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Contact property owners through a high-volume automatic dialer.
• Gain the owner’s attention within the first few seconds.
• Explain the purpose of the call clearly and professionally.
• Ask questions about the owner and their rental property.
• Confirm the number of rental properties and occupancy status.
• Respond to objections involving cost, need, timing, trust, or existing tenants.
• Explain the potential value of protecting monthly rental income.
• Ask qualified owners to speak with a Royal York sales representative.
• Complete warm and live transfers.
• Record accurate call notes, outcomes, and dispositions.
• Follow campaign scripts, qualification rules, and opt-out procedures.
• Meet hourly and daily lead and transfer targets.
