Qualifications

• Three or more years in outbound call centre, telesales, appointment setting or live transfers.
• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Strong objection-handling and telephone communication skills.
• Experience working toward call/transfer/appointment/sales targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Ability to stay calm with skeptical or difficult owners.
• Accurate CRM, call notes and dispositions.
• Willingness to be coached and apply feedback.
• Availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls through an automatic dialer.
• Deliver clear and professional call openings.
• Introduce Royal York and the rental-guarantee program.
• Ask questions about the owner and their rental property.
• Confirm number of rental properties and occupancy status.
• Explain the C$100 monthly cost and potential value.
• Respond to skeptical or uninterested owners.
• Explain why the program must be active before a covered default.
• Encourage immediate live transfers.
• Record accurate call notes and dispositions.
• Follow scripts and campaign rules.
