Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years in lead generation or outbound sales roles.
• Experience using dialers for high-volume outreach.
• Strong objection handling and persuasive communication.

Responsibilities

• Contact property owners via a high-volume dialer.
• Capture owner attention within seconds of contact.
• Explain the program purpose clearly and professionally.
• Ask questions to qualify owners and determine interest.
• Confirm number of rental properties and occupancy status.
• Address objections related to cost, timing, or tenants.
• Demonstrate value of protecting monthly rental income.
• Refer qualified owners to Royal York sales team for live transfer.
• Complete warm and live transfers with accurate notes.
• Record dispositions and outcomes in the CRM.
• Follow campaign scripts and opt-out procedures.
• Meet hourly and daily lead and transfer targets.
