Qualifications

• Three or more years of outbound sales or related experience.
• Experience with automatic or predictive dialers and call-centre software.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience meeting call, transfer and sales targets.
• Clear, professional spoken English.
• Ability to engage property owners and manage conversations calmly.
• Accurate CRM notes and disposition recording.
• Willingness to be coached and monitored for performance.

Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Introduce Royal York and explain the program’s value.
• Ask questions about the owner and their rental property.
• Confirm property counts and occupancy status.
• Explain the C$100 monthly cost and potential benefits.
• Address price and timing objections with clear responses.
• Facilitate warm and live transfers to sales reps.
• Record call notes and outcomes accurately.
• Follow campaign scripts and opt-out procedures.
• Meet hourly call targets and daily transfer goals.
