BizForce is seeking a highly motivated Lead Conversion & Inbound Scheduling Specialist to handle inbound calls, texts, and web inquiries for medical aesthetics, med spa, or plastic surgery practices.

The role focuses on converting qualified prospects into scheduled consultations, while providing accurate service information, handling objections, and maintaining strict patient confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong phone presence and interpersonal communication.
• At least 1 year in inbound sales, lead conversion, or appointment setting.
• Experience using EMR/EHR/CRM or scheduling software.
• Proven ability to convert inbound inquiries into appointments.
• Strong listening, discovery, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Comfort discussing pricing and closing conversations with prospects.
• Effectively following up and managing time in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound calls, texts, and web inquiries.
• Engage prospects, build rapport, and establish trust quickly.
• Understand patient goals and preferred services.
• Provide information on services, consultations, and next steps.
• Identify qualified leads and recommend consultations or appointments.
• Convert inquiries into scheduled appointments and consultations.
• Guide prospects through scheduling and confirm details.
• Handle pricing and timing objections with tact.
• Follow up with non-scheduling leads to maximize conversions.
• Document calls, leads, and appointments in CRM/EMR accurately.
• Coordinate with front-office and clinical teams as needed.
• Deliver exceptional patient experience reflecting brand standards.
• Meet or exceed lead conversion and appointment-setting targets.
• Maintain confidentiality following HIPAA requirements.
