Job summary

vamasters, Inc. is seeking a persuasive Outbound Sales Representative to generate new business in the med spa and high-ticket aesthetics space across Southern California. You will screen leads, engage prospects via multiple channels, and run live demos to convert conversations into signed clients.

The role requires a tenacious, phone-friendly mindset, trust-building ability, and independence to manage a full sales cycle from outreach to closure.

Qualifications

• Clear spoken English with a confident, natural phone manner.
• Demonstrated experience in US-based B2B outbound sales or appointment setting.
• Practical experience with cold calling and multi-channel follow-up (phone, email, text, DM).
• Strong at lead qualification, not merely high-volume dialing.
• Background working inside a CRM system.
• At ease presenting or demoing to prospects.
• Dependable, detail-focused, and capable of working independently.
• Solid communication skills with a persistent, professional follow-up approach.

Responsibilities

• Place outbound cold calls to prospective business clients in the med spa and aesthetics industry.
• Follow up with leads through multiple channels - phone, email, text, and direct message - to keep engagement steady.
• Screen leads against set criteria, putting genuine fit ahead of high-volume dialing.
• Run live product demos from a prepared slide deck, tailoring delivery so it feels natural and personable rather than scripted.
• Record all lead activity, notes, and next steps precisely in the CRM (GoHighLevel).
• Keep a consistent, professional outreach rhythm without sounding pushy or robotic.
• Develop rapport with prospects and guide them confidently through the sales pipeline.
• Monitor outreach activity, response rates, and results to support pipeline visibility.
