Job summary

BizForce is seeking a Lead Conversion & Inbound Scheduling Specialist to manage inbound calls, texts, and web inquiries from prospective patients. The goal is to convert qualified leads into scheduled consultations and appointments while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

You will explain services, address concerns, and guide patients through scheduling, achieving targets with HIPAA-compliant, data-driven processes in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional phone presence and interpersonal communication.
• Confident, professional, personable communication style.
• At least 1 year of experience in inbound sales or appointment setting preferred.
• Experience using EMR/EHR, CRM, or scheduling software required.
• Proven ability to convert inquiries into appointments or sales.
• Strong listening, discovery, objection handling, and closing skills.
• Comfort discussing pricing and scheduling with prospective patients.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, texts, web inquiries, and other prospective patient leads.
• Engage prospects to build trust and establish rapport.
• Understand patient aesthetic goals and desired services.
• Provide information about procedures and next steps using guidelines.
• Identify qualified leads and recommend consultations or appointments.
• Convert inquiries into scheduled appointments and consultations.
• Guide patients through scheduling and confirm details and next steps.
• Follow up with unconverted leads to maximize opportunities.
• Document calls and interactions accurately in CRM/EMR/system.
