Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to new leads generated through clinic campaigns.
• Follow up with prospective patients via phone and other channels.
• Conduct reactivation campaigns with previous clients.
• Answer incoming calls and provide a warm, professional first contact.
• Build rapport with patients and demonstrate empathy.
• Identify patient needs and guide them toward booking an appointment.
• Manage and maintain the clinic's sales pipeline.
• Follow up with leads who have not yet booked.
