Responsibilities

• Convert inbound inquiries into scheduled consultations by phone, text, and email.
• Sell clinic services and patient experiences to prospective clients.
• Present providers' qualifications to build trust and schedule consultations.
• Handle objections and guide prospects to bookings.
• Manage inquiries and update lead records using Nextech and Go High Level.
• Track calls, appointments, follow-ups, and conversion reasons for reporting.
