Job summary

Circana seeks a Senior Manager, Sales Lead to own the commercial strategy and revenue growth across LATAM. You will lead high-value deals, manage multi-year revenue targets, and influence cross-functional teams to maximize value for retailers and manufacturers.

Location is Mexico - Remote; you will build executive-level relationships, drive GTM initiatives, and mentor a growing sales organization in a fast-paced data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a track record in strategic sales and commercial leadership.
• Experience working with data-driven products and cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the commercial value proposition for data collaboration programs.
• Own multi-year revenue targets and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Lead high-value and complex opportunities including negotiations and deals.
• Serve as primary contact for senior client stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
• Ensure pricing and contractual terms comply with program rules and governance.
• Develop sales materials and enablement to communicate value consistently.
