Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Sales Operations Manager for the Mexico Sales organization. This remote role is open to candidates residing in Mexico.

You will design, build, and scale critical sales capabilities, partnering with senior leaders across Commercial, Mid-Market, and Enterprise Select to optimize motion and outcomes. The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in Sales Operations within SaaS, fluency in English and Spanish, advanced Excel and Salesforce skills, and a track record of leading

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations supporting cross-functional sales
• Bachelor's degree; MBA optional
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
• High impact role requiring strong priority management and emotional intelligence
• Proven ability to drive improvements in Sales workflows through cross-functional PM
• Advanced in Excel and Salesforce; proficient in sales tech stack tools
• Strong organizational skills and business judgment with track record of leading complex projects

Responsibilities

• Partner with Mexico sales leadership to optimize sales motion and drive ACV, retention, and expansion
• Lead cross-functional programs on process redesign, tooling enhancements, and analytics improvements
• Assess and prioritize Sales requests; develop a roadmap aligned to Mexico goals
• Develop operational metrics to uncover inefficiencies and risk; propose solutions
• Collaborate with Salesforce Systems and RevOps to automate and deliver scalable tooling
• Own annual account carve process for Mexico, including territory design and rep distribution
• Serve as primary contact for policy clarity and system enhancement requests
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles during scaling across offices
