Job summary

Reap is seeking a Revenue Growth Manager for LATAM to own and accelerate revenue across flagship customers in a remote startup environment. You will drive upsell, cross-sell, and new use cases across Reap’s API-driven payments and card issuance platform, working with cross-functional teams to unlock value for diverse client portfolios.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of proven success in a sales/growth/client success role within API-driven platforms, Payments, or Card Issuance.
• Experience owning and beating revenue targets, ideally in B2B or SaaS-like environments.
• Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with a consultative selling style.
• Familiarity with sales metrics and CRM usage (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce).
• Fluent English, and Spanish or Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Drive spending across key clients by cross-selling, retention, and expansion.
• Deepen wallet share and reduce churn through proactive relationship management.
• Act as the commercial point person across accounts, selling consultatively.
• Manage the full client lifecycle: onboarding, retention, growth, and renewal.
• Lead business reviews with data and product insights.
• Use Metabase, SQL, or CRM dashboards to analyze client usage and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, Ops, and Compliance to fulfill client requests.
