Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in IT Helpdesk/ MSP roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows desktop OS and peripherals.
• Experience with 365/Microsoft Azure/Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support to Australian customers remotely.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across workstations, networks and devices.
• Manage tickets and SLA adherence using PSA system.
• Assist with IT projects and deployments as directed.
