Job summary

Hunt St is seeking a capable IT Support Engineer based in the Philippines to provide remote technical support to Australian customers. The role covers day-to-day IT support, incident resolution, service requests and project work, with communication via phone and remote troubleshooting.

You will assist with Windows workstations, Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, networking, printers, and security. This contractor role offers flexibility to manage time while aligning with AU business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Helpdesk/Service Desk/MSP roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows desktop OS and peripherals.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entra ID.
• Good networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP.
• Experience with ticketing/PSA systems and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote IT support to Australian customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across workstations, networks and peripherals.
• Document activities and resolutions, maintain SLA adherence.
• Support Microsoft 365 and Azure Entra ID deployments.
• Participate in IT projects and deployments as directed by IT leadership.
