Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking a Philippines-based Technical Account Manager. This 100% remote, independent contractor role focuses on onboarding, provisioning, and ongoing technical guidance for a client in Australia.

You will coordinate with Sales and Support teams to ensure successful implementations and excellent customer outcomes. You will manage technical relationships, translate complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders, and provide hands-on support to drive value from the company’s

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years' development experience.
Strong understanding of APIs and how SaaS products integrate with client systems.
Proficiency in HTML and JSON.
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, non‑technical language for business audiences.
Experience presenting to varied audiences (technical and non‑technical).

Responsibilities

Onboarding and provisioning of clients, designing and coordinating integrations.
Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to clients and Account Managers.
Deliver technical demos and train clients on product usage.
Maintain HubSpot/CRM records and document technical concepts for varied audiences.
Coordinate with Sales and Business Support teams to ensure successful implementations.
