You will collaborate with Sales and Business Support, translate complex concepts into practical solutions, and provide hands-on support to help clients achieve their business goals with the company’s products and services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' development experience.
• Strong understanding of APIs and SaaS product integrations.
• Proficiency in HTML and JSON; ability to read code for troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication suitable for business audiences.
• Experience presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and provision clients with fit-for-purpose integrations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients and Account Managers.
• Coordinate successful implementations and maintain trusted advisor relationships.
• Document technical concepts clearly in both technical and non-technical terms.
• Maintain CRM records and report progress to stakeholders.
