Job summary

Thrivemodal is seeking an experienced IT Operations professional in the Philippines to keep our tech stack running smoothly, oversee onboarding and offboarding, and coordinate with outsourced IT and web development partners.

We value prioritization, clear communication, and multi-project management without coding, supporting US clients and internal teams. Equipment is provided, with remote work for small to mid-sized accounting clients and a mentorship program for career growth.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in IT Operations.
• Experience working with US clients.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365, cloud-based tools, and account management.
• Experience onboarding and offboarding employees and contractors, with data security.
• Knowledge of security training (phishing, etc.).
• Experience provisioning hardware (laptops, phones, tablets) and obtaining good pricing.
• Familiarity with RingCentral/VOIP setup and provisioning.
• Familiarity with Fortinet/Firewalls and general networking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and offboarding for all software systems.
• Coordinate with external IT support to resolve issues quickly.
• Manage vendor relationships for web development and integrations.
• Maintain records of accounts, permissions, and security best practices.
• Identify scalable process and tooling improvements as the company grows.
• Act as bridge between operations and outsourced tech resources.
