Job summary

LegalMatch is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager - DevOps to lead a security-conscious, scalable engineering delivery team from a remote Philippines setup. You will shape the DevOps strategy, drive cloud infrastructure, automation, and platform reliability while mentoring engineers.

You'll partner with Engineering leaders to align roadmaps with business goals, champion modern practices, and continuously improve deployment quality, monitoring, and incident response in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or related field.
• 2+ years leading technical teams.
• Strong AWS or other cloud platform experience.
• Hands-on CI/CD with major tools.
• IaC and containerization expertise.
• Strong leadership and communication.
• Agile delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the DevOps roadmap.
• Lead and mentor the DevOps team.
• Prioritize backlog and improve delivery.
• Ensure security, reliability, and performance.
