Wing Assistant is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Philippine operations. You will mentor supervisors and captains, drive efficiency, and oversee end-to-end processes in a hybrid Metro Manila setup.

The Role:

We seek an experienced and talented Operations Manager to join our esteemed team of leaders in our Philippine Operations. The main role is to be responsible for the success of supervisors and captains under the assigned cluster and oversee overall operational processes.

Schedule:US work hours (40+ hours per week)

Location:This is a hybrid job (within Metro Manila)

Qualifications:
