Job summary

Cullerton Group is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to support IT and Engineering recruitment for our Philippines-based operations. This remote role focuses on proactive candidate sourcing, shortlisting, and coordinating with recruiters to maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sourcing or recruitment support, solid online search skills across LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and ATS platforms, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment support (IT/Engineering focus preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing & Shortlisting: identify and engage IT/Engineering candidates on LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and ATS.
• Screen resumes for technical and role-fit; create shortlists for recruiters.
• Maintain/update talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Recruitment Administration: post jobs, craft messages, prepare candidate submissions, and ensure client requirements are met.
• Track candidate activity and status in the ATS; coordinate with recruiters and account managers.
