Job summary
Lago Staffing and Recruiting seeks a Talent Sourcer to generate qualified candidate pipelines for multiple requisitions. You will work remotely from the Philippines, following direction from the Talent Acquisition Manager and Recruiters to map markets, identify passive candidates, and craft personalized outreach.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter experience, and familiarity with at least one additional sourcing tool.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in corporate or agency sourcing.
- Hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter and at least one other sourcing tool.
- Sourcing in ecommerce, marketplace, or tech environments preferred.
- Experience building shared search libraries or playbooks.
Responsibilities
- Develop sourcing strategy and channel plans per requisition.
- Construct Boolean searches across LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
- Generate candidate shortlists and maintain sourcing records.
- Write and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns.
- Track metrics like reply rate and pipeline coverage.
- Hand off qualified candidates with a concise fit summary.
- Maintain talent pools for recurring roles and calibrate with TA Manager.
