Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the main recruiter for assigned clients.
• Drive endorsements from other team members.
• Source candidates efficiently through various channels.
• Conduct interviews using reliable recruitment tools.
• Administer exams assessing communication and technical skills.
• Ensure candidates meet pre-employment requirements.
• Monitor onboarding of candidates.
• Fulfill a hiring target of 3 hires per month.
